SPARGEL MIT SCHINKEN

Der Klassiker unter den Spargelgerichten darf natürlich nicht fehlen - Spargel mit Schinken.

Ob roh, geräuchert, luftgetrocknet oder gekocht - das entscheidet nach Eurem Geschmack.

 

Dazu schmecken neue Kartoffeln und zerlassene oder braune Butter.

 

Für 1 Person

 

Vorbereitungszeit: 5 Minuten

Zubereitungszeit: 10 Minuten

Schwierigkeitsgrad: einfach

Zutaten

 

1 Portion grünen Spargel

1 Portion Schinken

Öl

Kräutersalz, Pfeffer

 

Zubereitung

 

Den grünen Spargel waschen und holzige Enden abschneiden.

 

Eine Pfanne mit Öl erhitzen und den Spargel auf mittlerer Hitze ca. 6 Minuten gar braten, bis er bissfest ist.

 

Währenddessen den Schinken auf dem Teller anrichten.

 

Vor dem Servieren den Spargel mit Kräutersalz & Pfeffer würzen.
